Spontaneity doesn't mean new. It just means in the moment. On one hand I understand, on the other is her leg.

I guess his point is that it’s hard to make it look like you’re having sex passionately and spontaneously if your actions have to be precisely determined beforehand - particularly I guess for an actor who probably hasn’t been in a lot of choreographed fight scenes (probably the only place where that level of precision

This is so dumb. If you buy a stock and it doesn’t perform as you’d like it to, you don’t get to sue the company.

Everyone was fine until someone complained. Then call in the clowns.

why was no attempt made to ask Jenny Slate about this...you know, the actress who read the script and appeared in the movie and is the owner of the nose in question?

No one is seriously entertaining the idea that some rando would be on equal footing with a celebrity millionaire, but it’s a start. A high profile case where a man accused of being an abuser was instead revealed to be abused would do quite a bit for men who are victims of domestic violence just on the basis of public

She approved it and put it under her byline so she’s still responsible. Her lawyers even edited the piece to make sure she didn’t name Depp, in order to try to forestall exactly the shitshow we’re currently discussing. Meanwhile, gonna guess that 99% of the people who read that Op Ed, did so because Johnny Depp keeps

At this point in this shit show, the ACLU reveal is adding sand to the beach. Now it makes THEM look terrible, essentially acting as a personal PR firm instead of a neutral advocate for defending constitutional freedoms, but I’m skeptical of anything that comes out of Depp’s or Heard’s mouth anyway so it doesn’t

Yeah because the place has been overrun by weirdo Depp worshippers. Prevailing sentiment seems to be it’s impossible who’s telling the truth here (probably neither in full) and they just need to stay away from each other.

LOL. Ok you man hater. You defend Amber Heard because a woman “can’t” abuse her spouse, right? There’s no evidence that JD assaulted his wife.

It’s not surprising you would think that. After all, you shit the bed pretty much every time you post on here!

Yep I’ve enjoyed his roles thoroughly and if he wants to retire I hope he loves it!

I watched that around the time Get Out was released, and I was surprised how poor quality it was. Like on the level of a cheap old TV movie.

Who wants to tell them The Stepford Wives already exists?

Jon Stewart’s nice, too — but it doesn’t keep him from being cutting when cutting is called for.

I wanted to think he was funny cause he’s so freaking nice, and then I started wondering if maybe he’s not funny cause he’s too nice, which made me ask: are Americans just assholes, conditioned to laugh only at mean jokes or is it just me?

I was a fan of that show early on but the quality started dipping pretty quickly. I’m surprised they would even try to revive that show. It’s not like it was canceled too quickly and what happened to the cast after is not exactly happy. There’s the Masterson issue, and also Lisa Robin Kelly and Tanya Roberts both

Teachable moments? Someone else clearly watched Atlanta last night.

The details are important to those parties affected, but the public at large doesn’t need to know the details, especially if the woman wants to keep it private. It’s just salacious gossip on our end.

Did people actually *lose* their jobs?
