Your phone’s ‘clock accuracy’ is due to its time display being synchronized with GPS, which is about as accurate as you can get (barring wearing a cesium ‘atomic clock’ on your wrist).

Think I heard/read somewhere that the battery packs, at least in some electric cars (Teslas?) are part of the chassis structure?  Having some kid swapping out a half-ton battery pack that has 24 bolts/nuts that have to be specifically aligned and torqued sounds risky to me.
