Holy cow! My mouth is still open.

Police cars!!

Just going to leave this here...

BUT.... BUT... We need a Ranger that weighs in at half of this and has a three cylinder engine, manual transmission, and crank windows and costs $13,000 brand new. There's no need for a truck that can actually fit things in the bed or tow something larger than a small aluminum boat, fit more than 2 people inside, and

It still weighs 4,900 freakin' pounds. You don't suddenly have a RWD Festiva on your hands, here.

2nd Gear: Takata airbags...........try this.

Still, it's 2,000 new jobs, Corker should take a victory lap.

1. They are not "full-on UAW built" as the Tennessee plant is only getting an unrecognized chapter.

Absolutely awesome! ♥ I just got home from being out-of-town, and this is the first thing I see here. Thanks, Michael! I have the biggest grin on my face now!

I read this story off of a reddit link, and a lot of people also came to her defense in keeping the car. The fact is, a known vehicle with a known maintenance history is a relatively smart decision over selling and getting a possible clunker. Controlling risk is just as important as controlling finances.

GPS'ssssssss.

No, it's not. I'm not saying he's wrong, I'm saying I'm not going to take the word of one person in 200,000+ as full encapsulation of how GM works.

I'd like to get independent confirmation on this one. I've got 39.5 hours of meetings on my calender this week, technically. I'll actually attend 10-15 hours of them, most of that time spent waiting to hear my name on the phone while still doing actual work; that's what most people do. I know other people that will go

Surprisingly, that isn't necessarily true. I work for a tech company that is at least comparable in size to GM, if not more of a household name, and we don't have near this level of managerial bullshit. There will always be some, of course, but I was pleasantly surprised to see how everyone gets their work done when

To be fair, this guy admits he was fired. I'm not saying GM culture isn't completely fucked – it is, along with Ford of Fiat Group – but again, this is a bitter former employee with an ax to grind. How do we know he wasn't an insufferable dickhead who constantly prodded those in authority?

His remarks are below in full. Do you have experience, positive or negative, working at GM? If so post them in the comments below or email us at tips at jalopnik dot com.

They even gave Danielle a new Transit Connect to deliver small things in as seen last episode (not pictured)
