Does Honda or Toyota have any standards for this component? (i.e. burn rates/pressures) Just like the ignition switch debacle - both the supplier and vehicle manufacturer should be investigated.

I am not familiar with specific auto franchise agreements, but I recall similar legislation outlawing oil companies from having company owned stores and everyone was supportive of this to help "spread the wealth". Are there other examples of these types of restrictions in other businesses and what the pros/cons are?
There are 2 EcoBoost engines. The 1.0L in the Fiesta SE (M/T only) and the 1.6L in ST.

IMO - Nevada way overpaid for this. Anybody know how water intensive battery production is? If it is, I'm not sure Nevada was a great choice these days.
