Currently married with separate bedrooms. I can sleep in the middle and not deal with his snoring, he doesn't have to deal with my flipping around, and it's glorious. It works for us and we love it. It can be done!!!

I don't think it was, I just think uber-hyper-critical hipsters like to be overly-critical of it because it makes them feel superior in some way. It's a sweet, funny movie. It never tried to be more than that.
