They may have, but in the political climate of WI, the school would have suffered in the end. The school would have been labeled as protecting the needs of the few (transgendered students), at the detriment of the many (money gone for everything else). ^^^too true. Noisy, well off parents, will always have their kids get exceptions to the rules. This won't change until we get rid of the heavy influence of politics on funding.
