No - break eggs into a bowl and whisk them in the bowl with salt and pepper. Add hot sauce if you wish. Then add to hot pan with butter already melted in the pan. Turn off heat as soon as you add the eggs. Use a silicone spatula to move the eggs around until they are cooked, otherwise you have an omelette.

Here in OK we have places that will do lifetime alignments for ~$100. Get one and keep taking it back as often as you need.
A lot of the search is finding the right realtor. Ours is great - she made a website for us based on the MLS listings and that site ONLY had houses that fit our must have criteria. So every house we saw on the site had a 3 car garage, at least 3 bedrooms, at least 2 baths and so on. From there we could leave feedback…

As a fellow Oklahoman I’d have to agree. No state inspection which is also nice - pretty cheap to tag and title a car here as well. Also OKC is close enough to Dallas that going there for parts or a car isn’t out of the question - broadens the market significantly.
