The version he’s running (the last one with the far lands bug), is nearly four years old. It’s not compatible with much of anything anymore. The current launcher can launch it but, the server (and all connecting clients) would have to be running that same version of Minecraft.
I’ll answer (as best I can) in order.
When I was in high school, my school district wanted our Civics teacher to not show any video from the 9/11 attacks (on the day of). That didn’t fly with her or any of the other social sciences teachers and both they and some of the students complained loudly about it and the district eventually relented.
That sounds like a fun thing to test. I wonder how it models relativistic impactors like the one that hit the Moon in the book.
That won’t work on an encrypted device. Unfortunately, very few devices come encrypted out of the box. Maybe with both the improvements in the implementation of the encryption algorithm and the increases in device power, the performance hit will be small enough for manufacturers to enable it (or at least clearly offer…
The cars aren’t invincible. You can destroy an oponent by crashing into his car fast enough. It only takes him out of the game for a few seconds but, if you do that to the goalie right before your teammate makes a shot on goal, you can score more easily.
I don’t know how you missed it. I’m running Windows 10 Pro (and like you, have been for months) and I was somewhat annoyed by the change from This PC to Quick Access for the default Explorer window. This does fix that problem for me though and that’s a good thing.
The problem is that now, if FiveM goes that way, they’ll be catering to those who pirated the game. If they choose to go that way though, Rockstar only has themselves to blame.
So, there’s a pretty big issue with the Windows 10 Start Menu. Gizmodo UK talks about it here. It seems as though the start menu chokes when there are more than 512 entries in it. I, for example, have 746. I managed to find this out only after I installed Start10 and discovered that their Windows 7 and Modern designs…
There’s a setting in Chrome that allows Chrome apps to keep running in the background even after you close Chrome.
I’m 30 and don’t have HPV but, my insurance won’t cover it for me since I’m older than 26.
Free college vaccinations? Wow, back in 2003 I had to pay $90 for my meningitis vaccination in order to move into the dorms >_<
The Windows Update settings in 10 (and IIRC 8/8.1) allowed you to list a connection as ‘metered’ and disable update downloading on metered connections.

Almost certainly not. This sounds like something that hides in the system partition which is generally untouched by a standard factory reset but gets completely overwritten when installing a new ROM from recovery. If I had an old Android device around that could actually run 5.1 I’d test it myself but, the only ones I…
She was elected by the fine people of Oakland County, Michigan. I don’t get why some states elect judges. Maybe the federal appointment-for-life method is better after all.
All judges are elected in Michigan including our state supreme court. It gets interesting at times.
Yeah, while his crime was pretty bad, trying a 13-year-old as an adult is horrible. At least A) we don’t have the death penalty here in Michigan and B) life sentences given to people under 17 were forced into review by the Supreme Court a little while ago.
For my first apartment I signed a lease about 2-3 days before I got the keys and moved in. It really depends on where you’re moving.
