Hmm...I actually have no one outside of family that qualify for this. I haven't actually had any close friends in years. I can believe that this is true though. We humans are, for better or worse, social creatures. Problems tend to develop when we are alone for long periods of time.

Nice way to get some easy stars ^_^

I just read the images at the link...that speech was hilarious! I may actually have to try out that series.

This reminds me of the guy who landed a Kerbal at Kerbin's south pole (and set up a flag) and took a picture of his laptop at Earth's south pole. He was able to answer a few questions about life in Antarctica in the KSP subreddit before the satellite went below the horizon taking his Internet connection with it.

In SAO the psychopath that set up the game also set up a trust fund to pay for the life support of the players.

That is...something that happens with discomforting regularity in Halo.

Of course I had to star this comment ^_^

It would take an insane amount of work (for the first person replicating it would be much simpler) but, you could use a program like Wireshark to figure out what site they're accessing to determine the lunar phase and weather. Then, after figuring out what format the data comes back in, you can make your

Just a note, the version of the op theme you posted actually doesn't have the dance number. That didn't get added until episode three or four. After the dancers got together in the series.

Are the images of real people or are they drawn? If they're images of real children, then I'm going to recommend therapy. If they're images of fictional characters then why should I or anyone else care?

Dealing with people is tiring and annoying. I do the bare minimum when I have to because, well, that's the bare minimum if I want to live in this world. However, just because I choose not to interact closely with others doesn't mean I'm an actual danger to them.

I can't remember which DOA game it was (I think it was from early last gen) but, a friend and I were playing it and we were wondering why it was rated M since I didn't see any blood or anything. All of a sudden my friends 6-year-old cousin (whose house we were at for the 4th of July) said, "It's because they jiggle."

My old high school was closed for three days a few years after I graduated because some substitute chemistry teacher accidentally spilled some mercury and it wasn't noticed until it had managed to get tracked around on peoples shoes for a couple days.

A quintile is one-fifth.

I don't think getting out would have been better. The last thing his trainer said was that she would let him out after safely crossing a volcano. I think we can safely assume that the volcano was not safely crossed. This would certainly be a case of, "out of the frying pan, and into the fire." Assuming, of course,

VeraCrypt does that. It's based on the original TrueCrypt codebase but, it's been rewritten to improve security.

This option appeared on Windows XP so, that's over 13 years ago ^_^

This particular case is for reasonably large universities so, I'm guessing that they're used to large numbers of connected devices.

I would've thought that you'd have to be operating on public roads to be charged with DUI. I guess it differs based on jurisdiction.

The only rules about weaponizing space prohibit nuclear weapons platforms. Nothing about conventional ones (or just dropping large heavy objects).
