What if I'm driving away from a crazed gunman and trying to dial 911 to try and get the authorities to save the poor people who are on foot being shot at? Should I wait until I'm a safe distance away and parked before calling 911?

That large a group of Americans actually knew our anthem (well, the first verse at least) by memory? My respect for my fellow countrymen has increased a bit.
Your last line seems to be a good way of making people not want to answer the question. For example, I've never coded a browser extension but, I was thinking about doing a bit of digging to see if this could be done. I'm not sure if I want to anymore ^_^
If your team is way up before your players start fouling out then it's certainly possible.
Only if the people who bought the items are the ones that posted the items or are working with them.
I saw a sign at Target a couple days ago that states that all price-matches will be verified online by an employee at the time of purchase. That's how you stop this from happening...unless you make sure that the price is up on Amazon when you're in the store. In that case shop on ^_^
Did you not catch the fact that the shows previous cat died before they replaced him with this one?
He probably would've been harder to code because of his random Judgement attack.
The issue isn't exactly the video ad it's the fact that the video itself autoplays. Adblock didn't help with that one. I think Nerdist has their embeds set to autoplay by default since it did so without any ads for me too.
I'd be worried about having that much mass that close to Earth. Especially if it's damaged but, it'd be an interesting reveal.
The problem with this is the fact that the video clearly states that, with current technology, we couldn't build a Niven ring. The Halos, however, could be made out of steel since they're much smaller.
They mention in the video that a Niven ringworld couldn't be built with current materials science however, a Halo scale ringworld might be constructible with simple steel. So the title is right. We couldn't build a Niven ring but, if we could make enough steel without tearing Earth to shreds, we could build a Halo.
That was the inventor of the bulletproof vest performing for a group of police officers to prove his product worked. This is certainly the same thing.
I wouldn't go around asking people to watch a 35 minute video just to get a particular joke.
What recent (less than 2 years old) devices don't support microSDXC (64GB and up) cards? The 64 GB cards have been around for over three years and the specification was published in January 2009. (Although I understand if support for 128 GB and up cards is a bit sparse. The first commercial 128GB microSDXC card…
I'll admit that I got in during a deal but, the normal price for this plan is still $39.99 in my area (Genesee county, Michigan). I guess they charge different rates in different parts of the country.
Ouch. I have Charter and pay $30 for 60mbps which was a free upgrade back in July from 30mbps for $30. Better than some but I think, as the article shows, that we're all being ripped off.

To those who have mentioned that the article says left hand, when I made this comment, it said right.
