That'd be useful. Every year on my birthday I visit the actuarial tables and provide a wonderfully morbid (and uncomfortably detailed) Google+/Facebook update mentioning how long a person of my gender, age, and race with my health habits has left to live. Something like that would save me an hour or two every year ^_^

Every year on my birthday I visit the actuarial tables and provide a wonderfully morbid (and uncomfortably detailed) Google+/Facebook update mentioning how long a person of my gender, age, and race with my health habits has left to live. Let's just say that the people near my age are generally not amused by this ^_^

I don't know about amlamarra but I'd answer yes to your question. I don't tend to leave home without a set destination in mind. Sometimes that destination changes enroute but, I always know where I intend to go and how I intend to get there.

You do know that none of the teams or stadiums are actually owned by the city right?

Don't forget that a vanilla Minecraft server will only load a 16 chunks radius around the player on default settings. Unloaded chunks don't get rendered so its not like that 84GB is all in RAM at the same time.

2x2? Dirt? When I first played, back in alpha 1.2.6, I spawned on a beach and didn't know how to make a workbench so I hid, buried under stone that I broke with my fist my first night.

In case you're unaware, chunks in Minecraft are the building blocks of the world. Each world's surface is composed of an infinite number of chunks, and one chunk equates to an area of 16*16 blocks.

Rather than a wrecker, I think this is a job for a crane.

You know, that's actually not that fast. How did this guy lose control of his vehicle at those speeds? Does that department not do vehicle training for officers?

That may have been the case in the past but now "in cash" tends to mean not on credit. If I use secured funds (cashiers check, money order, etc.), a check, a bank account linked debit card, or actual cash to buy a car outright without a loan I'm going to say that I paid 'cash' for it and the current usage of English

They probably won't release the official name until October. However, you're right, they haven't done this type of beta Android pre-release before. I think it's because of ART. Since they're officially switching from Dalvik to ART full time in L, they want to make sure developers have enough hands-on time with the

I want to star you because of the floating goat but I can't because I disagree with the comment T_T

In fact, it's exactly 0.40 seconds faster than the previous record. Nice run ^_^

The answer to CNN International's question is simple. Animated child pornography isn't illegal in Japan because there are no children involved.

Nice to see another Hello Internet listener ^_^

I was on a bus from Daytona Beach, FL to Atlanta just 11 years ago getting out of a hurricane's path before my first smartphone. That was truly horrible and I will never do that again if I can avoid it.

I must disagree with the premise of the video. I was born in 1985. I didn't own a cell phone, until I was a high school senior in 2003 and I didn't have a smartphone (Motorola MPx 220 running Windows Mobile) until 2005. I still didn't 'look up'. I almost always had a book with me. My books were something to help

Dev is more stable than Canary but still has its own share of issues. If you need complete stability, wait a bit for the 64-bit build to at least reach beta, otherwise, use the Dev channel.

I'm wondering the same thing. I want to try out the 64-bit build but I also don't want my extensions breaking.

That 'second degree' is the Dev channel. I don't like the change either but it didn't affect me since I was already using that version.
