Curiosity is powered by a radioisotope thermoelectric generator, not an actual fission reactor. That's probably why it's not on the list.

My gamertag is CardcaptorRLH85. A partial name of the animé series that got me into the meta-genre, followed by my initials, and finally the 2-digit version of my birth year. It's simple unless I use it somewhere that doesn't respect capitalization (like an e-mail address) then, no one can read it because of the

Thanks for the tip! I may have to try one out.

I remember back when I was a teenager, on road trips my brother and I would have a small TV and our PlayStation connected to an inverter playing games. It kept us from bothering anyone so it worked out fine ^_^

I have to admit, the 5-6 years between tape decks in cars and line-in availability have been difficult for me trying to route digital audio player audio through car stereo systems. FM transmitters have never worked very well in my area, there are too many stations too close together to find a nice chunk of empty

Here in the United States, eminent domain is enshrined in the constitution as part of the fifth amendment so, it's not going away any time soon.

I didn't think that Red, Blue, and Yellow had internal batteries. I thought that started in Gen 2 to keep track of the time of day.

On the desktop, have you tried foobar2000? That one can read from and write to the id3 rating tag. It's not set to do so by default but it's also not hard to change.

I had that feeling a few months ago...it ended up rupturing naturally and my hearing was reduced in one ear for about 2 weeks. Now, since after the rupture the pain went away, I'm thinking that it would have been better for me to just do it myself. I really need to get insurance before that happens again.

By the time I got far enough to want to wander around that much, I'd already beaten the main story-line so, I just resorted to vehicle spawning cheat codes. It's the only way to handle those situations without frustration.

You aren't allowed to add any more than your body naturally produces. I don't know how they check but them's the rules.

I don't know...do you remember Ash needing to handle Pikachu with rubber gloves at the beginning of the first Pokémon series?

I must agree with spcagigas, this can be fixed with a non-stock launcher while you wait for Google to fix this issue. You don't even need to be rooted to install an alternative launcher.

I might hop back down to stock on my Galaxy Nexus to try this out after it pushes rather than wait for AOKP to update.

In addition to Trilli0n's point, Google still has manufacturers bid for the next Nexus device. That includes Motorola. In fact I believe that Google had to promise the FTC that this would be the case to allow this purchase to proceed.

The problem is that, in most states, ID's cost money. It is currently illegal to charge money to vote so why is it legal to require something that costs money in order to be allowed to vote. I feel that my state (Michigan) has struck a good compromise. If you don't have state or federal ID then you are required to

I've done this (legitimately) at major hotels in Orlando and Atlanta. If you seem annoyed enough they try not to further your annoyance.

Those only work if you're inside the room when someone tries to break in. If someone is trying to plant drugs (or some other illegal commodity) in your room while you're out then you're still screwed.

I agree with Ms. Davis, I remember being assigned to read Animal Farm in third grade. I know now that I didn't understand ANY of the underlying political issues portrayed in it but, I don't think I can blame my teacher for that, I was eight!

Long gone? I saw one two days ago on a customers computer. Hell, I saw one two weeks ago on MY computer. It was a minor video card driver issue. Even though that's not the fault of the OS it still means that BSOD's still live on ^_^
