I guess that my issue is that most if not all of the registered sex offender restrictions are applied to ALL registered sex offenders regardless of what their offense was.

There's also the issue of when the punishment of a crime ends. With any other type of felony you serve your prison sentence and, if applicable, your parole and/or probation terms and at that point you have absolutely no further commitment to the state department of corrections. There are other societal inequities…
It appears to be a large group effort on an SMP server but I still see what you're getting at.
It's running live on an SMP server. I definitely want the file too though....
I wonder if the cities are lit well enough to keep monsters from spawning inside at night....
I don't know...intellectually I understand that interacting with people is...(useful? appropriate? good?)...it's what one is supposed to do in 'social' situations. However, I love having all of my self-entertainment methods in one device. It allows me to tune out of the world around me when I'm expected to be…
LMFAO! I'm definitely stealing this image to use elsewhere. If it wasn't before, this is now a classic ^_^
I have a different issue. I have friends who AREN'T uptight about that type of picture but the general idea is, "Don't scroll if you don't want to see things." Similar to your situation, I believe that in those cases I'd be more embarrassed than they are if I were to see something I shouldn't.
In addition to what DigDug said above, the Due Process Clause of 14th Amendment, located in Section 1, has been used to extend the entire Bill of Rights to the States as well.
I was thinking the same thing but, isn't it already illegal to purposefully terrify, intimidate, threaten, or harass people? I am NOT in favor of adding new laws where laws already exist. It simply makes the legal system that much harder to understand.
In the state of Michigan that 'fuck' in front of a minor can get you a fine and up to 90 days in jail. That law has even been tested in our state courts recently. It used to state that the use of profane language in front of women or children was illegal but the court challenge removed the women part. IIRC, a man…
So, how DO you handle that first problem? I use Calibre to handle my e-books on my PC and I can make Calibre e-mail e-books to my phone as attachments but I can't open .ebook attachments in the GMail app. Is there a way, other than going to the website on my phone browser, to download those attachments?
Also, IIRC, Banks' Culture series contains both of those things and more.
I hear that the 'leaked' episodes were actually from an officially released web stream by Nickelodeon. They were only up for a weekend but some people sensibly ripped them to share with the world ^_^
(I accept the fact that I may be flamed for the following ^_^)
The semi was being towed. There probably wasn't anyone in it.
I hear that it's a new video stabilization feature on YouTube. If that's true, that's wonderful for all of the cell-phone and hand-held camera footage that will be uploaded in the future.
Ok...I need to stay FAR away from this kind of technology. It's unsettling that I don't truly understand what's wrong with it. I can make myself understand intellectually what's wrong with it but I'm not getting that visceral 'this ain't right' feeling I get when I see with other things that people say are 'wrong'.
This is where clever programming comes into play. Make it a mid-level motivation somewhere below acquiring energy for continued operation and above recycling and it should work just fine ^_^
This is a prototype after-all. I hate to admit it but since there is an audience for this technology it will definitely get better.
