I agree, honestly, I wonder what would've happened to David Hahn if he was doing that now rather than 15 or so years ago. He only ended up getting a quite stern talking to and even ended up serving on a nuclear submarine while in the Navy (even though he wasn't allowed to work near the reactor because of his previous

If you really need an escape from jury duty, civil or criminal, trot out the jury nullification line. However, just in case, you must be prepared to back up your 'belief' with information. So, if you're going to use that one read up on jury nullification.

I would have at LEAST made the post 'Friends Only'.

I think that it's a picture of the woman (Violeta Milerman) that the former juror friended.

Honestly, I've only been called up for jury duty once since my 21st birthday but, no one from my group was called to sit on a jury (slow case week I guess...). I also believe in the right of jury nullification however, I want to actually be in a position to exercise that right so I don't mention it on the

Well, isopropyl alcohol and rum both have ethanol as major ingredients. The main differences are that isopropyl alcohol has an agent in it that makes it undrinkable and, of course, its ethanol-to-water ratio is much higher. The varieties of rubbing alcohol that I've seen in pharmacies are between 140 proof (70%

Ethanol is quite deadly to most living things on its own, you just need to have enough of it. This is why people treat cuts with rubbing alcohol, it kills bacteria in the wound. In fact, IIRC the burning sensation is the alcohol killing your living cells ^_^

Your link was broken by an extraneous closing paragraph tag. I've seen this quite often in the last couple days. Is this a Gawker site issue? Or have people been tagging incorrectly.

Your math seems a bit off. 1200 x 0.2 = 240 not 60 so the final number would be about 72W of actual mechanical energy. I do get the point but it comes off better if you don't mess up the internal math.

Since I don't see it mentioned in the comments section yet I'll comment on that final line about the spokesperson.

Except in the case of rape.

I picked up an LG Optimus S for free and renewed my Sprint contract back in December 2010 so that I could avoid paying that extra $10/month for a little while longer. Now I'll be upgrade eligible this October so, I'm looking at an upgrade to the Sprint Galaxy Nexus then. Unless I find one sooner on eBay.

It doesn't force that integration, it doesn't even link with the installed Facebook or Twitter applications. If you choose to use the integration it requests separate permissions.

I certainly understand that sentiment. I do the same thing.

They aren't exactly printing money you know. For example, if I had a computer program that bought one billion shares of various stocks over the course of a day and managed to sell each of those shares for one cent more than I paid for them then I'd make one billion cents or $10,000,000 in that day.

Only this time they're saying that Iran is 'close' to getting nuclear weapons. Not that they have them. So it's a CYA type of thing. If the US ends up invading, and they don't find any signs of an actual nuclear weapons program, they'll just say, "They were making fuel rods though, it was only a matter of time."

I've heard this song before but I never knew about the controversy behind it.

I understand and used to agree with this point but, with the current rhetoric coming out of Tehran, the worry is that as soon as they have nuclear weapons and a delivery system that they'll attack Israel or its allies immediately.

You do realize that the planet Earth has a radius of just under 4,000 miles right?

I wouldn't have any issue with it and I normally vote Democrat. Create the website and include a Google+ +1 link and I will definitely click it ^_^
