That spoiler is manually adjustable and has 12 positions, with incline angles all the way from zero to 60 degrees.

“Autonomous” is usually used with regards to AI/robotics as meaning operating without human control, but it is also used to mean self-contained, not relying on an external power source, processing etc; I’d guess that’s what they’re meaning here.
