To be fair, most of the party-type (rather than funeral-type) limos you see in the UK are american; either Lincoln town cars or hummers, which you barely see non-stretched. I guess it’s maybe like that?

YES.
Hmm... what’d the hourly wage work out on that?
When did backup cameras become mandatory? Seems more of a convenience feature than safety.
“Good” and “entertaining” don’t intersect as much as logically they should. People are weirdly attracted to the imperfect; they’ll cheer for the underdog, leave their house to camp in a tent, listen to live music etc. “Good” can tend to be too sterile and boring, but also tends to be practical.
Dumb suggestion; how viable would it be to set up permanent, retractable spike strips in safe areas? seems like part of the issue with this is that it’s badly set up; it’s not in a safe place, it doesn’t fill the road etc. If you had some pre-set in known safe locations, it’d avoid that issue, surely? OK, any “proper”…
That’s horrible.
Hmm... An EV conversion could be interestingly ridiculous on this, IE electric boiler (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electric-steam_locomotive)
Huh; I was thinking the exact opposite; the little stubby bonnet just looks weird.
honestly? I’m fine with it, apart from that tail. Swap the wording round; it’s a mustang with a Gallardo drivetrain swap. That’s kind of cool.
Possibly; it needs something longer. I never thought I’d say this about a vehicle with two V8's, but there doesn’t look like enough engine to fill out the engine bay. Two straight 6's might sit a bit better, although I’d probably be shopping for an big old aero or truck engine.
I thought moving off with high RPM caused issues with cooking the clutch?
Couldn’t you add a gear-down before the clutch, to bring the RPM & torque in line with normal car engines?
My viewpoint is probably a little skewed, as I’m from over the pond, but this is a ~£2500 (~$3K) car in the UK; you can get a lower-spec diesel for a few hundred quid. $13K seems... steep.
i was wondering the same; kind of want to see a supercar with mandated clearance lights
