Why is this news? Manuals are the norm in the UK. Most people learn to drive in a manual. Why would she not be taught to drive one?

I don’t think it’s strictly displacement-based, at least on the classic policies; seems to be a bit of a balance of age, hp etc, but yeah.
I’m taking a guess that your lambo wasn’t your first car... that’s my issue.
I’ve looked; Anything with much more than a 1.9 is a no-go, from what I can find.
UK insurance for a first-time owner is a killer. I’ve been aiming for classic insurance, but they’ll only insure certain things; I can get insured on a non-sprint dolomite or an MGB for ~£700, but it’s patchy as to what they will and will not insure. They’ll cover a base BX11, but they’re virtually impossible to find.
“The reason that the rich were so rich, Vimes reasoned, was because they managed to spend less money.
I hadn’t noticed it, but that is literal perfection there.
How much (if any) of an original vehicle has to remain for it to retain it’s VIN etc? IE, If you got one of these, and a seriously knackered old jeep (IE one that even you would consider a little too far gone), could you transfer, say, the badge or something stupid like that, then register it as said old jeep for road…
I’m not sure if I could work November, as I’ll be back at uni then (I’m doing an industry placement atm, but that stops in September); depends on timings etc. though. I’m in the UK btw.
That’s more for scalers, really; most hobby-grade trucks use a skateboard-style chassis, although a few use a rollcage-style chassis.
How many counts as enough? sounds like we’ve got 5 so far...
Actually, Renault has the full range covered by themselves; the Renault Master van is available in RWD, fulfilling the FR category, and various models such as the Kangoo and Kadjar are available with AWD.
I’d be down, random internet person; I’ve been wanting to go to Japan for a while, and all of these posts haven’t exactly been easing that want.
More trucks than cars, but I always like http://www.unusuallocomotion.com; If you’re looking for a perculiar way to get from A to B, it’s a pretty good place to start.
Brit here; I’m confused; how do most people say freeway names? I’d always assumed that saying “the” in front of a numerical name was the norm, in the same way we’d say “the M6" or “the A55".
Got to say, I agree; maybe it’s just the camo, but it looks messy
