Please tell them your readers want a modernized, fuel injected, KLR 800 for $7,399.
Tax/insurance reasons I’ve been told.
I test drove a 4th gen MB SL500 in January. Never meet your heroes. What I imagined was a German Corvette was just another land yacht. No feels.
Drugs are bad.
Got grey poop on?
Just use automatic downshift mode to maintain the powerband; it’ll make sure you’re in the right gear by the time you hit the gas. You don’t have to use your hand to downshift all the time.
The sluggish steering is the one thing that nixed my purchase of an MP3.
Did they improve the sluggish steering after bringing it back to the US?
If it has AWD, plenty of power, and intelligent (sporty) tilting control, Hell yeah. I would probably spend $30k on a decked out dual-sport touring version of that.
The Yamaha Tricity isn’t likely coming to the US and it is underpowered for touring, the Piaggio MP3 came back, but I don’t know if they improved the…

I bet you sleep with a CPNOxP machine.
I don’t have time to lay my Grom down while I’m delivering sandwiches. I’ve caught it from low-sliding a few times. Wear the right boots and you won’t have enough ankle flex to break it.
I still haven’t gotten around to making the shock cord with a cord lock for mine. I found it interesting that RAM molded the retaining attachments for the cord but didn’t provide shock cord and a cord lock.
The only reasons I sold my 2012 JKU Oscar Mike were fuel costs and I never saved money to go jeepin’ (break-shit-and-upgrade fund), though I once used 4wd to get through some slick Texas mud over a road after a heavy rain. About 40k miles and no rattles - average quiet interior. I had to have a side mirror and rear…
