So your first line of advice is to tell consumers to lie. That is ridiculous. How about they should have some accountability. You made a decision, stand by it.

It is so unfortunate that the American consumer is so ready to believe that the car business will screw them they will believe anything. No we do not sell the gap coverage for “quadruple” what a load of crap. Where do you writers come up with stuff. Anything for ratings and readers. Folks here is the long and short of
