Does not fix the always on issue. literally, every 12v source is powered weather the key is in it or not.

Keep it in the same family as the original...

I didn't try to splice into anything as I work with CAN BUS based systems all day long. But I have read horror stories on the forums. The Fuse blocks are all 100% always on power (thats part of the problem). I am building a distribution block that will suit my power needs and will only power when the vehicle is

No but their CAN BUS based power delivery unit is an annoying mofo. Basically everything always has full power. When you turn the key or press a button a computer sends a low voltage signal through a CAN BUS to tell the other stuff to turn on and interact. This means no switchable 12 v sources. and if you're dumb

1st gen is my favorite. I can deal with the 3rd gen but prefer it in the Quadrifoglio Verde trim. 4th gen... NOPE.NOPE.NOPE.

What! I would rock the ever loving shit out of an SZ.

BOOOOO. Go home. Everyone like the Brera.

At first I was like yea, it would smell! But then I realized it was Thailand, so...

This person must truly be a Jalop. It's really a garage with a bedroom attached.

Great article. Maybe you can help shed some light on a situation for me. I've been in a toxic environment for about a year now. I started looking for jobs about 6 months ago and actually had a few offers and all but signed on one. I decided not to sign after doing some serious self reflection and realizing that part

The Jeep JT (or Jeep Truck)

Huh. Well I thought the DJ was retired after Kaiser but I guess I was wrong.

Admittedly, they are similar, but different. I guess the best way to say is two different paths to the same suckyness.

Effectively yes. But the DJ / CJ split stopped when Kaiser bought out Willies.

I can tell you haven't spent much time on the West coast. Everyone knows everything and they are all infallible. You can't teach them becasue they already know. If you tell them they are wrong they either get severely offended and then ignore what you told them or blow you off and use the "everybody else is doing it

CJ was the first chassis code given to the then Wrangler. The CJ chassis then progressed through a few generations (CJ5, CJ7, CJ8...) then they released a new chassis (YJ), then the TJ, and now the JK (current version 2007 -2015)

Yupp. This is pretty much 100% accurate assessment.

I hear this too "Oh you have Jeep? Me too! Yea mines a Ford Explorer" ...

The thing is, though, Jeep doesn't only refer to a single vehicle anymore. It's a generic term, a Xerox to the dirt road world's copy machine.

See now I do not understand this. I grew up in the Boston area, have traveled most of the eastern coast (from Boston to VA including driving in NYC and outside if DC). Later I moved to the West coast. Sure, people on the east coast (Boston, NY, DC) suck at driving, and they drive like a bunch of assholes (traffic, no
