my insanely stupid DMV employees. My friend had to jump though an insane amount of hoops to get his 1923 (I think maybe '22) registered out here without a title with the only reason being it came from another state without a title. If it came from this state with no title then no big deal.

There was one in GA for sale last year for 8k but it had no title. I wanted to buy it SO bad.
