Doesn't surprise me that the dealer would have NO idea where the car is. They probably loaned it to one of their lot attendants to take home for the night cause his WRX was in the shop. They probably said take it, it's on someone else anyway.

That price isn't out of the ordinary for a Mexi Beetle at all. Those bumpers aren't the originals nor are they correct for that car. The turnsignals are supposed to be integrated with the bumpers.
