I know right, if they hadn't already established Moriarty as Sherlock's girlfriend, I'd totally buy Moriarty being his father.

That's true, and changing before rescuing James was just goofy, but it still seems pretty conspicuous by it's absence.
It just seems odd to me that she wouldn't use it in a fight and she should have been able to just zip through those emails.

I've noticed that she doesn't use super speed except for flying fast. We've seen the other Kryptonians use it on the ground, but I can't think of a single scene where she has. I've wondered if they figure they have one show where super speed is a thing, so they try to avoid it on this one.

Yeah, I said something similar about Non over at IGN. If that's the way they go, I would actually be surprised if Astra doesn't heroically sacrifice herself.

I definitely agree that the Astra side of the plot was weak. I'm actually hoping the fight it broke off in the middle of is dealt with quickly in the next episode so we can back to the fallout with Cat. I can't wait to see how Cat reacts when she finds out James and Winn not only know, but have been operating a secret
