@JohnnyricoMC: Really... politicians with benevolent intentions?!

@JohnnyricoMC: * sigh* I guess you people are more brainwashed thanks to all the years of liberal media.

@twothefutureandbeyond: Build a library. It's going to be gov't subsidized anyway and many people can use it. :)

@Snapper: I happy to prefer certain hands in my pocket :)

@lemke: hey, what are you doing tomorrow. how about you start a business and run some deployment lines to "some" rural areas of america?

What if I'm a woman? Am I still a dick?

@Bobby T.: Clearly we don't care that much about providing food to children as a percentage of the money sent to bailout the teacher's union's was taken from the US's Food Stamp program.

@verditsgerman: I just like telling people to go fund those projects themselves. Run some fiber, start up some cable companies...

@Dimensiation: How about the fact that Finland is the size of Georgia, South & North Carolina and Virginia.

@jmd1513: I don't think too many corn farmers are looking to become web developers. It would be interesting though.

@Brian Alexander: Well, what the hell are you waiting for. Go run some fiber, start a cable company and provide some farmers some much needed internet so they can also share their comments here on Giz.

@FrankenPC: The last time I checked (a while ago) Sprint should have a 14day or 30day return policy - so you should be able to purchase the phone/plan and try it out for several days and if you don't like it, return it for a full refund with no problem.

@greyseal: yes and no... it would actually be kinda fun to have something like that next to a large body of water.

@norazi: and with that my dreams of being self sufficient fall to the floor.

While I think seeing all these beautiful houses is great an all, especially since most of them are all self sufficient in terms of electricity, but what I would like to see is what happens when you take an everyday modern Joe Farmer house and make it self sufficient.

My opinion - When the iPhone goes to Verizon, two things will happen - 1) a good portion of AT&T's users will go to Verizon (and we will probably see more Verizon vs AT&T ads), and 2) a good number of dumb phone users for Verizon and a small number of Android users for Verizon will go to the iPhone.

@snitch: I dare you to list the "30 more companies" that you are describing.
