I'm assuming Oliver can't save them both and would blame The Arrow for Sarah/Laurel's death.

One of my favorite parts of the episode was watching Oliver's facial expressions when discovering Roy in Thea's room, then removing the Arrow. I was half hoping Roy would be brought into the inner circle this episode just so Roy could react to Oliver creating and solving the problem.
I want Slade and Malcolm to have desks across from each other, so they can compete for who looks more menacing behind a desk.
Oh, I'm totally getting ahead of myself. This whole scenario ignores Roy's potential to alter the playing field, among other things. There's a lot to look forward to in the second half of the season.
That's totally plausible. I think Slade will discover Sarah's presence by the end of the season (if he doesn't already know). If that's the case, the scenario you laid out would surely happen with Sarah and Laurel. Either way, Slade wins, and Oliver loses Lance as an ally.
The Arrow season review touched on this, but they really have no plot lines for Laurel at this point. The Blood romance just seems like a way to kill off her character. Hell, the romance is probably staged by Slade to get to Oliver.
While Sebastian Blood does have certain characteristics necessary to be Slade's lieutenant on the ground, there could be any number of people Slade could have pose as Brother Blood with the mask.
The Slade reveal with the eyepatch is great when you think back to that first shot of the island with the arrow through the same eye on the mask. Does this mean Slade puts the mask back on?
Also, Oliver still technically hasn't saved Anatoli Knyasev yet. All those prisoners on the ship are likely still there, with some guards.
There's already an Arrow in Speedy.
I'm going to go against the grain and agree with the "B" grade. So much of Arrow's success week-to-week is in pacing and reveals of plot twists that while surprising, feel earned. With so much time in this episode spent on Barry Allen, a lot of the other plot points felt flat to me. For example, Barrowman's scenes…
