No, Killian is suppose to be the Mandarin, they even gave him Chinese dragon tattoos on his chest and one of his last lines is "I AM THE MANDARIN!" The point was this universes Mandarin was one in the same with Killian.

They took an iconic laughable comic villian and turned it into an iconic very realistic representation of what Americans perceive as terror.

Commander Adrian Shepard. Vanguard. Earthborn. Sole-survivor. Generally a pretty decent guy, but was known to be a dick to people at times.

My entire childhood consisted of Dark Forces and Dark Forces II. Those are my absolute favorite games of all time. Jedi Knight and JKO are probably two of the best Star Wars expanded universe games and stories in existence. I've yet to play a Star Wars game that's felt as genuine as those two.
