Nope, that's all in-engine. The point of the game is to be completely unsegmented, so cutscenes flow directly into the gameplay with no obvious transitions (aside from being able to manipulate your character).

How? The only Persona game to ever touch an Xbox was P4A if I'm not mistaken. The canon numbered series has always been Sony exclusive.
