So are others, who would probably serve you your butt on a platter in a real courtroom.

Your employer isn't going to fire you for an alleged DUI without the ACTUAL justice system charging you with it.

Ah, you're partially invested in the "process" you're defending. Nice.

There are maaaaany people who would disagree with you on that one.

Because I'm going to relay a case in its entirety on a message board on Jezebel.... Riiiiight.

Alleged crime. Off campus. Without proper evidence.

And they're represented by who? Lawyers? In front of who? A judge? Somebody trained in how evidence works? Anybody but some business graduate that runs the university?

There was a car in that video? I think we need slow motion...

Guy: "She raped me at my house yesterday"

Yeah, but they're not going to be expelling someone over allegations of sexual offenses allegedly committed off campus, in no way relating to the school. Or, if they do, they're going to end up on the receiving end of a lawsuit.

Good f*ing luck dealing with a complex investigation into a criminal matter like rape or physical theft and then trying to expel someone via some internal review board.

They can't expel you for swiping a laptop from a coffee shop unless it's proven that you stole that laptop from that coffee shop. A'la CRIME via the justice system.

EXACTLY.

That's ASSUMING they've been convicted of a criminal offense.

So?

School administrations really need to be voted in, and have a set term.

Run you fool....
