I mostly stream various BBC radio stations via my iPhone, using an app called TuneIn.

It’s certainly risky. At a minimum, I’d have the shotgun shell mounted inside the wooden box, discharging in the box towards the bricks. Currently it appears to just discharge upwards, with nothing but cardboard to stop any wadding or other material that comes out of the shell.
