I’m not sure “Hummers are cancer” is the rebrand they’re looking for.

At least on iOS, every mobile browser I’ve used so far with ad-blocking capability has this peculiar behavior where the website will auto-refresh and, when it comes back, all of the ads are now enabled and I can’t turn the block back on without clearing ALL of my cookies. It’s...irritating.

They wanted to better leverage ad revenue, not make the site functional. 

And yet through all that, Kinja still massively sucks.

Ads... I endure them on desktop, but they make the site is horrifically unstable on mobile. So, I, uh, made made some changes to it useable on mobile.

The two things I miss the most are the Questions/Answers of the Day. I know they were such a pain to write, but...take one for the team you know? Those were my morning reads! Those lists are how I got hooked on da Jalopnik.

Best thing would probably be stay home.

“Crown cut” sounds fancy but it’s just the normal way that boards are sawn from a log. Quarter sawn is actually more expensive because it’s more complicated and creates more waste, but it gives you a different grain pattern which is sometimes preferred. Quarter sawn boards are also more dimensionally stable.

Even the side view looks like the added a widebody kit to a Vantage and didn’t quite align it properly.
