I meant spooky in a supernatural sense. You’re right. Rose heard what she wanted to hear. But the fortune teller only made the comment(to herself) about the black dress after Rose had left the shop. I took it to mean this fortune teller actually has the power to glimpse the future.

    Who is that guy?

I was pretty sad about Chidi’s mind wipe. But it begs a couple of questions going forward.

I still get a little verklempt when I think about the look on his face when Alex called him “My best friend in the whole world.” Then he follows it up with “I am that guy.”   Amazing stuff.

If you click on “See all notifications.” you can then get to a page where the links work. Someone (and a big thank you to them) in another thread posted this solution and it has worked for me on a PC using the Opera browser.

I don’t understand why Pelosi and Schumer don’t say “We guarantee to add your wall to the budget just as soon as the check from Mexico clears.”

When describing her dad to Susie right after the Catskills show, Midge said he was a 60 year old man. I think at this point in the show it’s 1959. That would make Abe about 42 when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. It also makes him 18 when the Russian revolution happened.

After Rose left, the fortune tellers last line in the opening was kind of spooky.

I too was wondering if they had stand-up comics in the writers room. It would be fun if they created a one-off comedy special of Rachel Brosnahan doing stand-up as Midge.

I’ve never seen Orphan Black. Thank you very much for the explanation.

So you were being silly? Fair enough.  I didn’t pick up on it.

I hope you’re being silly. The screen-time with Carden playing four humans and the ‘real’ Janet means producing five times as much of air-worthy material. When we see Janet with ‘accounting’ Janet, that means Carden has to do two times the work. Throw in the time for rehearsal to nail the other actors mannerisms, set-u

The acting in this show is amazing. I was wondering if the actor playing Joel had gotten better this year, but maybe, like you point out, Joel is becoming more likable. I was also racking my brain trying to figure out where I’d seen the actor playing Dr. Ben when it hit me, it’s Chuck!

Who’s gonna pay for it? Mexico The U.S. middle class with the now forgotten 10% tax cut promised before the mid-terms.  MAGA suckers!

If it was Jim Acosta, Trump would be giving the prince a 25% discount on those arms sales.

I’m hoping it’s George Wendt. Wasn’t Norm from Cheers an accountant?

It might be a good thing to have Pelosi as speaker for the next couple of years. She’s already a big target of the Republicans so why not let her take the blows leading up to 2020? Then she can gracefully step down or retire shortly before the election but after Republicans waste millions in negative ads against her.

I’m not sure what’s going on with that picture but eventually it’s going to do wonders for my winter tan.

So true. In half a season, Jackson was 250% more successful than the previous two years. (Thanks for the laugh.)

In that episode, weren’t Tahani’s parents just simulated during the Judges test in the same way Eleanor’s test had a fake Chidi?
