It’s a reoccurring gag in Metal Gear. There’s always an enemy soldier (or ally in the case of MGS4) named Johnny, who has random diarrhea attacks.

Something I’m absolutely sick of is seeing 13 epsiode anime season where the first episode is basically the ex act same as the 13th epsiode.
