I once had a dream in which I met Gabe Newell and gave him a hug. Someone give me money for airfare so I can make this happen in real life.

I honestly can't say that I've ever fallen asleep during a game. I'm not one to stay up very late anyway so I don't really encounter this situation.

I'm guessing that when they start sending out human miners, they'll be signing three year contracts.

They're inbred?

Yeah, I was thinking this would be fantastic for something like HBO or Showtime. It would actually make me get a subscription to one should they pick it up. Even more so if they got Joss Whedon on board.

I totally understand that sentiment, but it's just.... uggghhh I waaaaant it!

Sliiightly off-topic, but Y: The Last Man seriously needs to be made into either a two or three part film or an awesome TV miniseries, though they would actually have plenty of material to get a strong five or six season run provided they handled it right. MAKE IT HAPPEN PEOPLE

So, gender-swapped Stranger Than Fiction?

Honestly even for $1200 this is pretty inexcusable. My horribly technological-illiterate grandma could take better photos.

Overall. I don't believe that the death penalty really works as a deterrent for crime, and essentially killing people to show them what they did was wrong is a bit silly. Not to mention it costs more to keep someone on death row than to imprison them for life.

Not really big on the death penalty. Honestly I think the whole prison system is pretty borked in general, but that's a whole different discussion.

The.... erm, salad?

You're right! One of the bears might choke on a bone! We certainly couldn't expose the public to such a horrific sight.

....or they could let nature do its work and let them decompose? Not really sure why they need to blow up dead cows here.

Oooh, I just gave myself an idea for a dystopian future where you have to earn some sort of "degree" in order to receive your reproductive rights. Everyone is born sterile and until you graduate you can't have kids. Would be ripe for commentary on individual rights as well as governmental control over human
