where does it say that? I'm confused here?

the review missed the part that Gallinger went home from the hospital, his hands exposed to infected rat bites, and without washing up or sanitizing touched his baby's lips - pretty sure the baby is going to be very very sick, and Algernon will likely be the one to save the baby cos tropes..
but I'm fine with that.
So glad some people spotted that! After Ser Dontos last week too :)
And both Edmure and Davos were in the previous series, in the submarine episode IIRC.
Book 1 was stronger than Book 2, but compared to Book 3 they both pale in comparison I feel
That wasn't Gallinger's baby that got dropped off at the orphanage. No way. If anything Eleanor goes to feed her child, leaving her husband to look dejectedly at the translating work left to be done. Their marriage and domestic life seems sincere.
I'm just angry book 1 and 2 dropped the ball to the level it did (you can like those two books but on some level you have to admit the quality of the writing/plot was not so great)and it feels like two seasons were sort of wasted compared to how GREAT book 3 has been. We could have had two seasons of this quality, but…
Ming Hua's a waterbender not an airbender..
Excellent :D But ugh she would have made it this year..
but then again when Tatiana is overlooked for goddamn Michelle Dockery…
The Emmys are a joke.
i just REALLY need Eva Green's work to be recognized. Her work as Vanessa Ives was otherworldly at points.
do we know if Penny Dreadful submitted anything this year? Or are they keeping it all for 2015? I thought they were eligible this year. Because if so, Eva Green got robbed.
not necessarily… Whatever LS is doing in the books could be relegated to someone still established on the show. Maybe. At any rate the books and the show will be different in some storylines.. especially Jaime and Brienne's..
Not particularly,no. Mediterranean people can be dark skinned or olive skinned, and he fits the part certainly. (Though ideally a person of Grecian descent would have been best).
that wasn't Dracula. There's two baddies at work here I believe. Dracula has Mina, but the Devil is just Amun Ra I believe in this case. And Dracula can shape shift but he can't shift into another human being IIRC. He can shape shift into wolves or a bat like form. If you recall when Mina's mom caught her having sex…
ugh that'd suck tbh. I hate things like that (ATLA's Lion Turtle anyone?)
With special things like that it does break down into more specifities, and I do agree they should have been played by Japanese actors in that instance, especially since they were available. And geisha culture was an integral part of Japanese society.
If they specify Ethan to be from a particular Native American tribe,…
yeah that seems believable, considering exorcisms from all other media has been a more prolonged affair, with various stages.
well his father could have been the wealthy General who had his way with some Native American woman and he was born or something. But I really hope they aren't making Josh Hartnett part native american cos that's just weird and wrong.
it's a matter of race, not nationality. A Native American character should not be played by a person of entirely caucasian background.
a good review for sure, but the recapper is quite mistaken about the devil actually possessing the bodies of Malcolm and Ethan, as opposed to just taking on the likenesses of these men in front of Vanessa.
interesting. We'll see soon I hope :)
