I hatehatehate Robyn. And this was my least favorite episode of my favorite show of the year. But all in all, it's still Jessica Jones, and still a win.

…because apparently people have to think just like you? I gave my reasons. Period. Also, it happened last season. Not an "old tune."
Because how the show handled Kalinda/Archie Panjabi was the last straw. I lost the respect I had for the showrunners; it was silly, un-feminist power play. So, whenever I try to watch now, I just can't feel the same way I used to. I don't care anymore. Maybe, if they had brought Alicia back to the law firm with Diane…
I was actually incredibly annoyed by the return of the NSA. I hated them even when I enjoyed the show. It was my favorite show for several years; after last year's debacle, I removed it from my DVR. Yesterday, I figured, eh, why not check in on it? Big mistake. I got the NSA boys and Howard Lyman, and promptly gave up…
Too late for that? It's exactly what came to my mind last time: very Scooby gang-esque.
I'm still not totally convinced Juliette is dead, though.
One thing I noticed rewatching the show is that they don't give a shit about the future of the men discarded by the Gilmores: poor Dean never gets any resolution; as far as we know, he remains bitter and alone, working at Doosey's. Jason loses everything he owns, and we never learn the results of the lawsuit (which I…
Summers? The only Summers I can think of is Buffy, and she'd kick Rory's whiny ass.
Team Logan.
Yep. It was amusing, but out of character.
Juan Pablo di Pace = the guy from Eric Prydz's Call on Me video. He's hot.
Who knew Stamos was this good? I mean, I watched Full House (yeah, I know.), and I always thought he was hot and charming, but I'd never given him credit for good comic timing. Turns out, he's nailing it. And Paget Brewster has always had my heart.
Eh. It used to be my favorite show. I'm still giving it a shot for old times' sake, but I was unimpressed.
It's formulaic as hell. But so charming, I don't care. It's on the DVR.
Hush your mouth! Xanadu is amazing!
Annaleigh Ashford doesn't get much screen time, but she's GOLD. The whole cast makes me so happy. They're amazing, down to the children.
What I got was: they had a summer fling, she got pregnant but didn't keep the baby. Then, she married Mitch and had Macklin and Madison (yikes with the names). I don't think Mack is supposed to be nine in the present time of the show, much less five years before.
The Gentleman was the main character of one Doctor Who episode and the late, not-lamented-at-all, Kalinda's husband on The Good Wife.
I read the book several years ago and I don't remember all the details — just how delighted I was with it. It's been serving me well. I don't gripe that much over what's missing, as I usually do when I book I loved is adapted to the screen, and just enjoy the ride.
I'm still absolutely delighted by this show!
