How would you verify that it is an e-fuel?  I thought the entire point of the e-fuel movement was to make something identical to gasoline by extracting carbon from the air and working some magic on it.

The speed limit and the design speed of the road are not necessarily the same thing.

Even better would be plug-in and have the vehicle recognized and the payment taken care of.  One less failure point in the system.
