Depends. How much are they making now? Should the fact that they are in a depressed area mean that they shouldn’t make what the job deserves? What are the other benefits? How much comes off your paycheck to pay for the benefits?

My buddy had a manual chevette and the clutch cable broke at one end. After looking at it for a bit, we figured that grabbing the end of the clutch cable with a visegrip and tightening it down would work.
