Thank you! I see that here with people who swap in LED or HID kits into cars which have headlights not designed for it. It’s awful, and they don’t get much better illumination. The only headlight mod we’ve ever done to one of our cars was our 2003 G35. My father was driving a lot (think from Ontario to US East coast

You might want to check that again. There is a GTI, GTD and GTE Mk. 8 Golf, although of course the GTD and GTE are not for N/A.

I point you to the Golf GTE, which North America doesn’t get currently. (It actually seems quite good!)

I was about to say. Yay for us and our different trim options. (Sometimes...)

We’ve got it on our A7 and we engage it every time we start the car after dark. (You have to push the stalk forwards once). They work amazingly well, as does the headlight leveling system. And the LED’s are very, very bright, which is great when driving in the countryside. The High Beam Assist works very, very well,

Oddly, we seem to have beaten the US to it - I give you the upcoming Canadian automotive lighting rules:

I drive our family Audi allroad (with Sport Package) on the crappy roads here in Ottawa and Gatineau with no issues, and it has 19" summer wheels. Admittedly, it has a bit of a raise over a normal avant, but my friends F31 328d with sport package handles the roads just fine too. I wholly agree, this fellow must live

Something like that, yes. This model wasn’t ‘smart’: it sort of just drove around for a while. But it worked very well. And yes, the blade was very sharp. And it did sense if it hit something, but the blade wouldn’t stop. (Usually it hit the rock garden). So yes, slightly evil. But very good at cutting grass. Dr. Evil

Here we go, the Husqvarna Automower! Doing mowing and things. (The dead grass was a thing before the sprinkler system was installed).

Oddly, for a car company, my Toyota pens. I got these on a tour of the Motomachi plant in Japan a few years ago, and they are seriously the best pens I have ever used. Seriously. And I usually like Watermans. It is so good I actually sent them a letter asking if I could have another one. They actually replied! Sadly,

Some people have not come to accept the Juke! It causes serious burning issues in my eyes when I see one. That thing is a hazard.

You’ve hit the nail on the head. I feel like this is a problem Rivian has already solved, all the way down to the storage located in fun places. And the Rivian looks better. And you know, comes in colours. And looks like a truck, not a badly cut lemon wedge. Oddly, if there is any start up I want to see succeed, it is

NEXUS. NEXUS is the solution to all your YYZ issues. (That and now flying direct YOW to FRA or LHR - although I’ll take YYZ over LHR any day).

All these puns were amusingly up-lifting.

No, this is clearly a new collaboration between Sting and the band Scorpions! Just that they sing while driving around in Fiats. Or something.

Erin, are you sure I ought to “eexamine your priories a little”? Just checking. Not sure I have one, or in fact, any nuns at all, but I’ll do my best!

I’m with you on this! We’ve owned two Acuras, specifically a 1993 Legend Coupe LS 4AT in Sirius White Pearl, which was the best car we’ve ever owned, and a 2007 TL Type S 5AT in Nighthawk Black Pearl. The TLX SH-AWD Elite was on our list of cars to buy when we bought our current car, even though it lacked some

As a NEXUS member, I can agree with this. I admittedly fly less than I used to, and sometimes have forgotten what can stay in or must be taken out and where.

Hang on... Acura Canada’s site shows a MSRP of $49,190CDN, pre $1000 reservation fee, although before delivery, transport, etc. Based on my math, that works out to a much better deal.

You Sir, (or Madam), forget the magnificence that was the Volvo 700 series! And also the 900 series. Both of which were wonderful boxes. Especially as wagons. (Although, I do have to say, the 740SE Turbo looks pretty good, even today. And also very easy to build out of Lego.)
