For real, it happens. I'm a fitness enthusiast and have a big ass, and white women especially (but definitely not always) will give me crap about wearing too skimpy of clothing. But clothes that would look like a business suit on some people look very different on me. Even in a one piece I've had people tell me to

I sort of agree with her. At the gym or at the pool or at the beach, the type of woman who usually tells me to cover up more (regardless of what I am wearing) tends to be overweight. I'm not happy with the "ghetto" part but I definitely get more crap from overweight women than thin or fit women.

I'm sort of with Kara here, to a point. The kind of women who tell me to cover up at a beach or the gym are usually of a certain body type.

I mean it’s possible, but the stories from Dee and Michel’le make it hard to imagine. I haven’t heard either explicitly state that he’s never apologized, but their descriptions of their interactions with him in the years since don’t sound like stories about a man who has since tried to atone for what he did to them.

From all accounts, he never apologized to Dee Barnes or Miche’le (despite their situation as parents). Miche’le was on some reality series a while back and she talked about her relationship with both Dr. Dre and Suge Knight (smh) and how they both were abusive toward her. She never indicated that either apologized.

Well, their bodies did impact his fists while he was beating them. This is such a scummy “apology” though.

I haven’t said much about this entire controversy because I really don’t know what to say. It does not surprise me that a scene in a biopic where the producer (of both the music and the movie) beat the shit out of someone would not make cut. It doesn’t surprise me that he hit women. It doesn’t surprise me that his

“I apologize to the women I’ve hurt. I deeply regret what I did and know that it has forever impacted all of our lives.”

“I’m sorry these bitches couldn’t keep their damn mouths shut so I guess I’m sorry I beat them up. Please still see my movie.”

I’m curious—does anyone know if he apologized to the women he hurt? I mean directly, not in a public blanket statement.

The best apologies are the ones that don’t happen until it’s forced. Now we can all move past this and move on with our lives. Well, except for the women he beat but for everyone else........

Legacy protection ain’t easy, eh, Dre?

A little too little, a little too late and frankly it seems like Apple made him do it. And seriously, “impacted all of our lives” - uhm this is not something that happened to you, this is something you DID to someone else and it sure as hell impacted them a hell lot more Mr. First Billionaire in rap.
