I would think that the malpractice suit in that case (fetal death during delivery) would be much stronger than in this case (unwanted c-section). I am assuming she was not able to go to a birthing center due to her previous C-sections? I would think her argument would be stronger if this was her first child.

I can imagine taking the risks if you have an incurable disease, but if you are doing this to “stay young” then you deserve all the risky side effects.
