Yeah I am used to IR footage not being as clear, but did they need to make the watermark logo look like it is in 8-bit? Out of everything to be bugged about in the video I feel the resolution of the logo is by far the most important.

I think the slogan “Renewable or Bust” is particularly applicable here. In California’s case they opted for “Bust”

There is not enough video to definitively show that the motorcyclist was doing anything to warrant a pit maneuver,or whatever you call the technique the officer used to attempt the stop. The way I saw it, the motorcyclist could have been pulling over at first but got spooked by the unusual stopping technique.
