The Daily Show had a pretty good breakdown on this one. He wasn’t reaching out to black voters, he was reaching out to white voters with a “black friend.”

In anyway.
Flint is no longer the hot news story. Trump wants to get in front of some Black people to pretend he’s doing outreach, and they said, ok, do it here at this church and bring some cameras. He claimed he wanted to come there and talk about what they’ve done for their own community or something like that.
Shady bitches know how to act and when to reign it in to keep their cover.
God bless the people of Flint.
Put another way, in 1972, Secretary Clinton was assisting women in child custody cases. While she was doing this, Donald Trump was actively violating federal law by discriminating against African-American potential tenants.
For anyone who holds some bizarre ideas that Donald Trump could somehow have a better plan or record of achievement when it comes to women’s rights and child care, here is a synopsis of what Hillary Clinton has actually done on these fronts:
For real? A Republican hasn’t been elected on policy solutions since Nixon. It’s been “Real America!” and “I got Mine!” and “Queerz!” since Ronald Reagan’s ‘Morning in America’ speech.
I don’t get how that fact hasn’t been better highlighted this election cycle—that one candidate has actual policy solutions (ones that are practical and the result of careful listening) and one doesn’t.
Except Donald Trump’s idea of paternity is writing checks to pay for the child. And let’s not forget that Ivanka and her husband recently left three young children (including a four-month-old baby) at home to go vacation in Europe with Wendi Murdoch, so the idea of taking time off to bond with a baby has probably…
What the hell do new fathers need paternity leave for? It’s not like they’re been going to be changing diapers or anything. - The Donald
So does that mean single moms are not covered either? Or is this an “unmarried whore need not apply” situation
Don’t get me wrong, this plan is wonderful, but I would love to see it pushed as a national standard rather than just something for federal employees.
What kills me about this latest Trump “revelation” is that Hillary has been stumping for this sort of thing for years, and her plan is actually more practical, inclusive, and circumspect. Yet ... crickets.
Ivanka and Donald also claim that Hillary has no plan for leave/childcare, and imply they are the first people ever to propose this. Not only has she been working on this, with others, for decades, she put out a detailed plan over a year ago for this campaign (and, yes, it is way better than the Trump plan, duh).
Facts are un-American. Why do you hate the troops?
I’m so lost at this. President Obama has been pushing for a similar program (six weeks of paid parental leave) for years. Heck his plan is MORE inclusive than Mr. Trump’s. (It includes fathers, same sex couples etc) http://www.govexec.com/pay-benefits/2…
Let’s put things in perspective:
Why Ivanka? She's a fucking collaborator. There is no reason to feel bad for that privileged white woman who knows exactly what she's doing.
