You're right DD. However, a lot of people can't handle grilling a thin burger without crumbling. If you're a grill master who can flip a thin beef patty without it falling through the grates, you're as good as Superman.

For grilled burgers, I agree a burger patty is the way to go. It's got enough thickness to maintain structure, comes out with a great char without being overcooked, and has a great chew. Hotel California's guitar duo is a bit sterile. The lick trading and unison playing at the end makes it feel over composed. I do like Joe Walsh's string bending though.
