If schedules are to be believed this may be our last new episode for a while. Prepare for the possibility of a small hiatus :(

Speaking of music. Wonder what Strong song Amethyst will get when she inevitably learns to kick major ass.

I really liked this episode B be damned. Amethyst has the most to grow out of the three crystal gems and I look forward to seeing where they take her character development.

Plus the picture of Rose and company punching the shark goes to prove they have dealt with humans before but may distance themselves on purpose due to the threat they think they pose.

He'd have to fight Mayor Dewey first.

Connie get a selfie stick? For shame, Eric.

Another episode with little to no supernatural activity.

I dunno. Those stools were mighty suspicious.

Only episode that pops into my head is Political Power. Another Dewey episode with very little gem related stuff.

Saved for Stool Club episode.

One unrealistic thing about the episode.

Eh, he'll be fine

There is also a clip of the new episode I hope everyone avoids. Needless to say it is best to go into this episode fresh!

I am surprised you dinged the episode for quoting what is essentially Miyazaki's masterpiece 'Princess Mononoke'

RIP Pizza Steve

She could still have wandered to Canada for safety! Where else is she going to find such a welcoming hiding place?

The gel was a neat EVA reference, the pod also reminds me of DBZ/Tegan Toppa Gurren Lagaan.

I thought it was 3. Shirt Club, Open Book, and Story for Steven.

Much like the Night Shift on NBC.

I like how all three cool kids (well two mostly) got subplots this episode. Sour Cream is the step son of Yellowtail and Jenny Pizza and Kiki are having trouble connecting with one another. Buck Dewey is Mayor Dewey's son (shocking I know). He seems cool with that.
