Nah, not going to laugh, not that funny. Plus, wasn't there a whole thread once complaining of everyone making fun of Courtney Stodden for not looking her age? How is that different from this?

Now playing

I don't think that just b/c someone is "obsessed" with dubstep means that they really know what they are talking about. Lots of people who are "obsessed" just discovered it recently.

This is a joke. I didn't say it wasn't a joke. But overall, Selena is still treated here as if she's still very young, and she is not.

Well, I mean technically he is also an adult. But I understand where you are going with this, so yeah. The "joke" just doesn't make a lot of sense.

"furiously denies that Justin Bieber will soon take Selena Gomez as his childbride"

They might no be pleased, but maybe they're getting back at us!

They are actually little vinyl caps. They don't interfere when the cat decides to retract its claws and they can still use their claws to balance. Plus, they fall off when the cat's claws grow. I don't use them on my cat, but I don't see anything wrong with them either.

Yes, Jenna always makes things a little better :)

Well, it's just really sad to me that they need a public outcry in order to do something. It's like they totally forgot what she just went through and instead of putting the effort into making sure that the motherfucker is found guilty, they just go and hurt her more.

But then they did it anyway so......

Seriously? Their brains didn't function enough to just use GPS monitoring in the first place? After the trauma she went through they lock her in? I just can't with these people today.

1. Alexa shut down her account because of the way people were expressing themselves about her thinness. That's the difference. Skinny by itself isn't offensive, although it's always better to keep comments about someone else's body to ourselves.

"Bodysnark" includes the word "snark" which generally means say something that can be taken in a negative way. Merely saying "skinny" isn't negative. It's when you attribute a negative feeling towards being skinny that this is considered bodysnarking.

Like Rattie Mattie said, the difference is that Blake has more muscle mass. Also, comparing women with different body types to assess the health of one of them is just faulty logic.

That ring is pretty, although I wouldn't choose it for my own.

Regarding your first question, yes it is more deplorable, especially if you are a feminist. Dating someone because of a physical trait might mean a person is shallow, but it doesn't make that same person sexist or misogynist, as does dating someone because she might be submissive, even if that is just perceived.

I'm totally okay with people "liking what they like". But I think that the reasons why they do definitely do say a lot about them. For example, being attracted to an Asian woman because they are seen as more "submissive" is definitely problematic, especially when they are seen as more feminine because they are

I still feel that young kids who look up to them might get the sense that it's okay to like themselves. It's only us that complicate this with things like "pretty white girl" privilege and others.

I dunno. It's pretty mainstream now to be "weird". See Katy's "Firework" song, Pink's "Fuckin' Perfect", and Lady Gaga's "Born This Way".
