I agree with you, in theory. But I’m also shallow and I like petty, celebrity gossip, especially about annoying douches like Adame Levine.

God I love Lil Nas X. So good.

Thank you. This is pretty much every comment every time Emily writes about this and yet she keeps doing it despite the fact that it’s pretty much common knowledge that the only people who care about the cheerleaders at these games are the cheerleaders.

Didn’t Jezebel write a whole piece making pretty much the same criticism and deriding white women in pink hats? Kind of ironic they’re now denouncing Russian troll farms for amplifying the very same sentiments...

Seriously.

My bad, it’s a quote by their mother, who misgendered her kid.

Misreading.

If the thoughts of others didn’t matter to Teigen, she wouldn’t have written about it, and she wouldn’t be tweeting now about the nasty comments people made about her abortion.

Everyone judges someone every single day. I find it interesting that it’s only ever brought up as an issue when someone judges in a way you don’t agree with. What constitutes “judgement” versus “valid criticism” is inherently subjective.

If the only time they were referred to as friends dates back to 1996 on a talk show set, sorry Rosie but you’re not friends. And not saying Ellen’s set wasn’t toxic but I feel like Rosie takes the toxic cake and has had drama with pretty much anyone she’s been involved with personally or professionally including her

LOL that’s besides the point. And I think you’re broadening the meaning of the term ‘catfishing’, and you’re sounding a little borderline incel-ish there, dude.

Then yeah, forgive me if my sympathy is limited...

On the other hand, women (and men, for that matter) can put “6' or swipe right” in their dating profiles and, while shallow, nobody bats an eye.

Thank you.

Um, she needs to do way more than ride horses. She claims there’s nothing wrong with her mental health, which is clearly not true.

That’s photoshopped. Not saying they weren’t both at their unhealthiest at that point but that’s some pretty amateur photoshop right there.

100%.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks that about Selena. I keep seeing her get all this love for her role in Only Murders and I’m like, she’s fine I guess? But definitely underperforms compared to, well, everyone else on that show.

Did you not read the part where I said my initial reaction wasn’t a nice one? Self-explanatory.

That’s Jezebel for you. Thanks for clearing that up. I hope the Laura Bassett, the author of this piece, reads the comments.
