That’s just the down payment. While the vehicle looks mint, I don’t own a mint to keep it running for any length of time. ND.

Not for me but clearly a labor of love and I bet it drives as nice as it looks. But 28 large? No.

There is some gridlock, but LA consists of large, wide boulevards too, you can get around pretty quick if you know what you’re doing.

Perhaps leave that up to the British?

GS was a rear wheel drive platform only.

I just sold my GS 350 six months ago, and I miss it. Really the best car I’ve ver owned.

I had a N/A Flex and loved it. Spacious, comfortable cruiser with zero issues. It was not based on the panther platform as some have suggested, but on the Volvo S80 platform, safe and solid.

The Flex was based on the Volvo S80 platform.

Yugo get another sucker, not me! I actually wouldn’t mind a nice Fiat 128, but a crap built 128, no.

This isn’t a car, it’s a crime scene. ND.

This is an absolute no brainer. Fun car, nice shape and nice price, Sundays look more fun than ever.

A nice $2500 car. I had a number of these and this one is just coming up on a transmission rebuild. I actually was pleased with the Taurus’ that I owned, safe, comfortable, reasonably reliable for the era they were made, but... a nice $2500 car.

A 7500.00 Mercedes will cost you another 15K within six months...

While everyone is saying, “yes, but in a Taurus...” you have to understand that when the Taurus came out it was considered a superb handling car, especially since it was a family sedan. When you add the beefed up suspension and the Yamaha motor it really is a great drivers car.

I had one when it was new, the first new car I ever owned thanks to my father-in-law who was not crazy about seeing his grandkids being driven around in a 1970 Peugeot 404. While it was a surprisingly capable car with way more room inside than it any right to have, the scariest thing I ever did was try to pass someone

I live in France now and still see these. I love them!

A sad story, but I loved Sheryl’s asides!

At this point almost 6% of you think this is a nice price. This is why we can’t have nice things...

Everybody that I know who ever had one of these LOVES them. They all claim to regret ever letting them go but still, 208K is a lot of miles even for a Honda so I have to give it a reluctant ND.

In 1974 I had a girlfriend who’s brother owned a 412. He loved the thing and drove it as fast as he could and it seemed quick to me, mind you I was driving a 67 Peugeot 404 so what did I know. I do remember thinking the interior was nice and I still look at them when they come up for sale. I would never buy one, but I
