This “friendzone” storyline is what keeps Supergirl from being the amazing show that it should be — because everything else is almost perfect and tons of fun.

God I love hate watching this show. They are squandering such a good Supergirl with terrible secondary characters. Winn has been awful for a while now with his overreaction to Kara hugging Jimmy. Just a hug and he flipped out like he was her longtime boyfriend and he caught them fucking on the conference room table.…

Yeah, but him not bottling up his emotions means that he has to keep pressuring her to be his girlfriend. He can’t just be a grown-up and go express his emotions to a therapist or a friend who’s not Kara.
