I would love to do this, though I feel like I might be criticized for doing it. Any advice on how to use it in an organization where most of employees rely heavily on email?

You don’t have to be in shape at all! It is a high intensity workout, so expect to be sore for the first few months. I was not in very good shape to begin with, but I paced myself and pushed myself a little bit harder each time, and now I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in.
Kickboxing for me! I’ve been doing it for since last July, once a week. It has help me build my strength and my confidence, more than any other type of exercise I’ve tried. It was just something I wanted to try and I love the supportive environment. It’s also fun to punch and kick after a long day!
As always, Lifehacker knows what’s going on in my life. This month is “Money March” for me in getting all of my finances organized, but I don’t think I know a lot about personal finances. This is a perfect starting point. Thanks!
Is it necessary to give your full address on a resume? Any tips on that?
