If you look over the quote (i’m a high functioning n00b and don’t know what i can’t embed images correctly) you’ll see that minor incident resulted in a floor plan ‘wrinkle’ that needed straightening, 1/4 panel work plus all the mechanical bumper components (not just the cover)

Parked 2007 BMW 335, a small uhaual van came around the residential corner and clipped my bumper (20-40km/h max impact). Front bumper sustained minor scratches and a small dent from bumping into parked car hitch.
